General Info & Tips
- You need to have an account with us and be logged in for points to be awarded. If necessary, create an account here.
- Points received for purchasing products will appear in your Rewards Program Dashboard automatically (once your order has shipped).
- To redeem points login to your account and then click the Rewards Program button located in the lower left of your screen before checking out. There you can redeem points and will receive a coupon code that must be inserted during checkout. Scroll down this page for step-by-step instructions.
- When redeeming coupons, make sure your purchase price equals or exceeds the coupon value. Unused coupon credits are lost and not replaceable if your coupon value exceeds the purchase price.
- Only one coupon code may be redeemed per purchase.
- POINTS EXPIRATION: Points expire 365 days from the date of your most recent purchase. Click the Rewards Program button to check the expiration date of your points.
Points Redemption: Overview
The basic process for redeeming points works like this:
- Use the Rewards Program Dashboard (click the Rewards Program button in the lower left of any page) to redeem points for a discount coupon
- Enter the coupon code during checkout to receive your discount
Points Redemption: Step-by-step
1) Click My Account to login if you haven't done so already. If you do not have an account you can create one. If already logged in just skip this step.
2) Place products you'd like to purchase in your shopping cart.
3) When you are ready to checkout, click the Rewards button in the lower left of every page to load the Rewards Program Dashboard. It looks like this...
4) From the Rewards Program Dashboard, click the REDEEM POINTS tab...
5) Select one of the discount coupons offered. Only coupons you are eligible for will be selectable. PLEASE NOTE: When redeeming coupons, make sure your purchase price equals or exceeds the coupon value. Unused coupon credits are lost and not replaceable if your coupon value exceeds the purchase price.
6) Confirm that you would like to redeem your points for the coupon.
7) Copy the coupon code (you can now close the Dashboard). Then, proceed to checkout and enter this code where you see the "HAVE A COUPON?" field.
8) Apply the coupon code by clicking "HAVE A COUPON?" during checkout.
9) Your discount has now been applied. Complete checkout and you're done!
